Rake Or Break Terms & Conditions

The following are the terms and conditions of the 'Rake Or Break' promotion (the 'Promotion') for www.888poker.com (the “Site”). The Promotion is organized by the applicable contracting Company as defined in the Terms and Conditions applicable to you (please see below) ('us' or 'we' or 'our' or 'Company'), who is the operator of the Site. Your participation in this Promotion shall be deemed to constitute your complete acceptance of the provisions below.

General

  1. This Promotion is an ongoing Promotion, currently without an end date, we will provide reasonable notice of when the Promotion is to come to an end (the 'Promotion Period'). However, we may conclude the Promotion before the end of the Promotion Period or may prolong the Promotion Period including without limitation, where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation, due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.
  2. No-one under the age of 18 or the age of legal consent for engaging in the gambling services made available through the Site and the 888poker client under the laws of any jurisdiction, whichever is higher, may participate in this Promotion.
  3. For security and verification purposes, we restrict participation in this Promotion to one person for each: (i) household; (ii) computer terminal; and (iii) mobile device.
  4. If you have a pending message on the Site’s cashier regarding your recent gaming activity, we reserve the right to revoke your eligibility to participate and/or continue to participate in this Promotion. In such event, any bonus and/or other benefit which you have received and/or are eligible to receive under this Promotion, shall be forfeited by you.
  5. None of our officers, directors, employees, consultants or agents or any other company within our group of companies or our suppliers, vendors or white label partners are permitted to participate in the Promotion, nor is any supplier or vendor. This restriction also applies to relatives of such persons and for this purpose 'relative' means any of a spouse, partner, parent, child or sibling.
  6. We may cancel, alter, modify or suspend this Promotion and any prizes, bonuses, promotional offers and other benefits hereunder, including without limitation where required for security reasons, to comply with applicable law or regulation due to abuse or otherwise where the promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified as a result of exceptional circumstances.
  7. All prizes, bonuses, promotional offers and other benefits hereunder, and any winnings generated through the wagering of either of the aforesaid, will be cancelled at withdrawal if any of the applicable conditions have not been met in full.
  8. If you register or play in the UK:
    • You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the "UK User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the "Bonus Policy'.
    • Withdrawing funds: your deposit balance (defined as Transaction Balance under our Withdrawal Policy) is available for withdrawal at any time. General withdrawal terms apply. For further info see our Withdrawal Policy'.
    • If you do not register or play in the UK:
    • You hereby agree to these terms and conditions which govern the Promotion, along with the "User Agreement' which includes but is not limited to the "Bonus Policy.'
    • Withdrawing funds: for further information on how you can withdraw funds from your account, please see our "Withdrawal Policy'.
  9. These terms and conditions have been drafted in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the meanings of any translated versions of these terms and conditions and the English language version, the meaning of the English language version shall prevail.

Eligibility

  1. This Promotion is available only to players who meet all of the following terms:

You may only participate in the Promotion, if (i) you have directly received an email from the Site, or a pop up within the 888poker software, to which these terms and conditions are linked; (ii) you have registered with the Site, deposited real money in your account with the Site and have made a real money bet of USD $1 or more during the 24 months preceding the start date of the Promotion Period, or make a first real money deposit. Your eligibility to join the Promotion becomes effective within 24 hours of making the required deposit (if applicable).
  3. You may be asked at any stage to provide us with a proof of age and/or identity.

Promotion terms

  1. For the purposes of this Promotion, The term “Rake” means fee.
  2. The target prize pool of each tournament is detailed in the offer.
  3. If the prize pool exceeds the target prize pool mentioned in the offer, no fees (including re-entry fees) will be refunded.
  4. In the event that the target prize pool of one of the above mentioned tournaments is not reached, all fees from that tournament (including re-entry fee) will be refunded to the player’s account within 72 hours.
